My device will not charge or hold a charge?

Check to make sure your devices are properly inserted in the charging station and that the charging station is plugged in. The green light on the charging station will indicate it has power. When properly inserted the blue indicator indicator light on each device will light up. When the device is fully charged the blue light will turn green. Under normal use this charge will last for approximately 16 hours of use. Heavy use of controls and high volumes may reduce this working time.
